Very unprofessional my countertops were suppose to be seal after there were installed by the company. When I asked about the sealer he said it slipped his mind and that he will come that Friday . He never came . He blocked my number and didn’t respond to my text or calls .I spent over 5k with this Co. Very disappointed now I have stains on my brand new countertops that I can’t seem to get rid of!

I hired Granite Slab Warehouse of Atlanta approximately 4 weeks ago to provide, cut and install marble tops for 2 bathrooms on a basement build out project of mines. The customer service in the beginning was good. After picking out the stone from their supplier, paying in full and having the template made I was told my tops will be installed 5 days later. Needless to say my tops were NOT installed, I missed my clients deadline, was given numerous excuses and several promises to reschedule and deliver. Let's say after many calls and many pop ups at his shop he finally delivered 2.5 weeks later.

Recently, my kitchen sink detached from my granite countertop. I had spoken with so many different people who said that they could fix it and had received a number of quotes. I went online this morning and thought I would give it one last shot. I spoke with Jimmy and he was so polite and professional and assured me that it was a repair that they could do. A few hours later, they showed up at my house to complete the repair. I really appreciated the way I was treated and the level of professionalism that was given! They were great to work with!

I used this company to install my granite counter tops. He promised the countertops would be available in 2 weeks. Well, after a month later, I finally received them after many, many, many phone calls and failed delivery dates. This was, I think, back in May 2015. My kitchen was finally complete and beautiful. Well, on January 1, 2016, my under mount kitchen sink fell and if it had not been for the oven cleaner that I had underneath the garbage disposal, I would have broken plumbing pipes.
