I was very shocked and curious why a company would not agree to basic terms required of a new property being built. The only reply was that he would not agree or sign the documents in order to be allowed by association to do the work. The documents only stated that liability insurance must be had and basic industry rules such as not using their facility to dispose of trash , parking in undesignated areas etc. I asked what I’m particular he wasn’t in agreement with and was only given the sane reply. He would not sign. If a company can not agree to terms I felt a reason reason should be given

Our kitchen was the first installation that Creative Stone ever did and I was amazed that it was perfect in every way. We have used them again for our home and for 3 offices. Each time everything has turned out absolutely perfect. We have recommended them over and over again. They are top notch and take pride in their workmanship.

Customer service is EVERYTHING! Our experience started out great. The staff was very friendly and worked with us multiple times to find just the right stone. As per their instructions we provided them with the specs for the faucets and sinks. They came and made the templates and all seemed well. However, once they were there and the kitchen… counter was installed, the holes for the faucet were too close to the wall. We couldn't install the faucet. Not sure how this could have happened when they had the spec and the faucet. The installation guys, who were also very friendly, didn't even ask

I was referred to Creative Stone by a personal friend on tne building business and can't say enough how thankful I was for the referral. We had done our kitchen the year before and were not thrilled with the sales team for our Cambria tops. So when we were ready to do our 4 bath tops we went to Dimitri. The design consultants Creative Stone were wonderful. Jourdan helped us find exactly what wanted, the crew came and measured and after fabrication we had a flawless install experience. We couldn't be happoer and have referred them to several friends who have had ppsitive experiences.

At the beginning my experience was very good. My contact was very friendly and very quick to respond to my emails and calls. We were lucky enough to find a slab we liked and at a price reasonable enough to go forward with the project.
For the install the guys arrived 2 hours late. Instead of informing me to let me know of the "mix up" I had to contact Creative Stone as to why they hadn’t arrived. Regardless, the guys who perform the install were really friendly and I like them. They worked hard and long. I was never instructed on what to do or expect day of install. I prepared by taking everything

Be very careful with Dimitri and the 75% deposit they will ask for upfront...you will not be able to get it back if the material you picked is not in stock. I was price gouged by Dimitri/Creative when the material I originally chose was not in stock and I opted for another material. When I asked for a market competitive price on the new material they declined and would not return my full original deposit so I could get a more competetive price elsewhere. You can find other more reputable companies that do not:
