Small business owner of the Texas Urban Sawmill & Refined Elements here in Dripping. Try to use many local businesses as possible. J&M is amazing. I called them for a tank evacuation and they came out same day. Mike is extremely professional, on time, and has very reasonable rates. I don't have to worry about calling anyone else in Dripping area. Highly recommended!!!

We had J&M out for a routine pumping and we can't say enough about how amazing they are. We have used other companies in the past that have proven to be unprofessional, not the case with J&M. They gave us a date and a time window of 1-3pm. They were able to arrive early and called us with a 30-60 minute heads up that they'd arrive at 11:30am. They were extremely courteous and informative, professional the entire time, cleaned up after they were done and the price was $100 lower than other companies we had used.

I recently bought a home in December, completely ignorant to septic systems and this is the 3rd company I've worked with due to issues experienced with the others. They came by for a simple pump and talked me through everything, even while it was pouring rain outside. Of course my tank was compromised so they gave me a referral for yet another great company to help with that issue. They were an awesome team and I plan to continue to use them for years to come.

Great experience. Got on the schedule and everything went smooth. Arrival time window was met and good phone communication before arriving. Hill Country Wastewater Services referred us to J&M. They arrived on time, after calling first. They also helped out by using their long hose to reach from our neighbor's driveway to avoid tracking our grass. Finally, they gave me advice on how to deal with roots getting into the tank from a nearby tree. All for a fair price. Highly recommended.
