Pro-Tec Septic

I waited all day Sunday for them to show up for an appointment we scheduled on Friday afternoon for 11am Sunday morning. I called and left a message at 1pm on Sunday asking them to call me back to give me an estimated arrival time with no response. I do not recommend using them.

They did a great job. They were flexible, they were on time, did a maintenance check and were respectful on the grass they were driving on. We will for sure use them again!

These guys provided me with a very detailed inspection report and education for a new home purchase which saved my rear end. Thanks!

We had septic backing up. I called a company a neighbor recommended that cleared my clog and cleaned filters, but I needed someone to pump the tank. It was a stinky situation and we have company coming. I called around and Jason at Pro-tec was the able to come out same day and had the most reasonable price of 3 companies I called! He called me before he arrived and arrived in the time window he said he would. Jason was knowledgeable and professional, he got to work right away. He left the work site in better condition than when he arrived. He shoveled all the dirt back and raked it nice and flat

I've had Jason out to more house more than a couple of times for a septic empty. This last time he was kind enough to troubleshoot an issue for us. He was honest about his limitations, he was not able to do what we needed but explained what we needed done and made some recommendations. I would be happy to call Pro-tec again.

Needed my septic tank pumped out, I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to come out today. They were very easy going and professional. I will hands down be calling them next time I need their services.

Our septic began backing up after a rain storm late on a Friday. Jason & crew were here Saturday morning and had the system running in no time. Jason found an issue with the outlet line which was restricting flow to the leach field. Pro-Tec personnel were knowledgeable and professional. Top notch work!

Very responsive (was able to come out the same day), reasonably priced and knowledgable. I really appreciated the information provided and the quick and professional service. They even fixed an ugly outlet for my septic which the last company installed. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with our pump not working, so I researched septic companies online because it was after hours on a Friday night. I was trying to find someone who could come out on a weekend and Pro-Tec Septic came up on my Google search. I called expecting to get a voicemail and someone answered! I found out later it was the owner, Jason. He came out within 90 minutes of my call on a Friday night and diagnosed my system and fixed it! Jason was amazing!! Our septic was backing up in our house and I reached out to Jason in a panic. He happened to be close by and came out immediately. He pumped the tanks and was able to diagnose a possible problem which he will fix next week. Thank you, Jason for saving the day!

I WASTED MY ENTIRE WEEKEND, THEY NEVER CAME OR EVEN CALLED OR TEXTED ME!!!
I recommend going with a company that will actually show up!!

Jason pumped my tank but left 4 inches of water at the bottom of my tank. When I complained he got defensive. He then told me we would come back and finish the job but he never did... I do not recommend using this company if you want your tank pumped out.

Jason was a class act ! If you want experience, honesty and a competitive price this is the guy. I would recommend, and he will be my go to guy from here on out ! Thanks for your help.

Jason came out the day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem with my septic. It was in need of repair and Pro Septic is one of the few companies that will repair a septic issue, vs. tell you that you need a new one. His repair saved me thousands and my septic should now be good for many more years to come. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Jason definitely made the best out of a crappy situation! I first called a company we had used for our home inspection/pump out and was told they couldn't come for 8 days...another company told me 3 days. Pro-Tec was here a few hours after I called; he even came in the evening without charging extra for after-hours/emergency service! He was… professional and friendly and did not seem to mind at all going over everything he had told me again with my husband once he got home. I would recommend Pro-Tec to anyone in need of such services and will definitely use this company for all of our future
