I just couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out using this service! They are on top of it! With horror stories of moving companies that never show up or they show up late you do not have to worry about this company.The two men that came - Rickie and Darrell - Were a half hour early which really puts your mind at rest.They were professional and very careful with the items that we had. They are the nicest guys! You don’t have to worry about a thing they have everything well in hand. I will definitely use this company again for any my moving needs. I recommend them very highly.

The service I was provided was outstanding and beyond my expectations.The movers were on time and very easy to work with , you can tell they specialized In great customer service. They handled all my possessions with the upmost care and had all the proper equipment to expedite everything in a timely manner. I had a company scheduled to move all belongings from my apartment in Westchester to my new apartment in NYC. The day of the move, that company unfortunately cancelled and I was left in a very difficult situation considering I had only that day (Saturday) or the following day (Sunday) to move everything. I contacted Xcellent movers immediately (roughly 2pm) because I had spoken to Xavier previously in searching for moving companies and was very happy with his professionalism and politeness. Absolutely every aspect of my experience with Xcellent movers was perfect. They were responsive, reliable, professional, fast, and a pleasure to work with.
I need to have a rental truck loaded from my apartment, transported to a local facility, and then transferred into relocation pods. They had all that done in 3 hours and saved me money by fitting everything into 2 pods instead of the 3 I had rented. They were easily able to disassemble my sofa for transport with their own equipment.
Xavier was consistently communicative weeks before the move day, always answering my many questions promptly

I cannot recommend Xcellent Movers enough. Xavier was professional, communicative, punctual, and efficient. My girlfriend and I rented our own truck from UHaul and booked Excellent movers to help us pick up furniture from 2 different location and into our new apartment.
There were a lot of heavy pieces including a queen bed, dining room set with huge hutch, 65" TV, end tables, etc.
It was a rainy Saturday and they did it with ease. They brought tools to help take certain pieces apart and put back together once moved in. They also helps move the truck in more hard to navigate areas.
