In 2006, Marci saw a need for a unique service catering to homeowners with custom window coverings and Hunter Douglas Window Fashions. Up to that point, Marci had been telling her clients to gently vacuum their custom window coverings. But at a Custom Home Furnishings Trade Show, Marci discovered the OnSite Fabricare cleaning system.
As a custom workroom professional, Marci, has the ideal background working with beautiful textiles. She is the voice behind the phone when customers and designers call to set up appointments. Marci is the brains behind the business and continually looking for ways to improve the business with efficient systems and promotions to delight BAYVIEW ON-SITE clients.

I was unaware that my Silhouettes could be cleaned in place. I had tried a couple of cleaners and they said they could not do them. I called Hunter Douglas and was referred to a site that had Bayview On-Site listed. My questions were promptly answered and a service appointment was made and completed when promised.

Second time I've had these folks clean my shades and I could not be more pleased. This time Bobby did the work. He was extremely conscientious, skilled at his work, unusually courteous. He started by asking if I wanted him to take his shoes off before he entered and continued to exceed my high expectations for great customer service and work ethic. He felt badly that a stain, which had been there for a few months, could not be removed and worked for a long while to improve the situation to the point only he and I will ever know there is a stain there! I cannot recommend these people highly

Walt Pelot knows customer service the way it should be done. I hired Bayview on-Site drapery cleaning company to clean my salon drapes and salon chairs. After eight years of wear and product exposure they were not looking so good. But I had spent a fortune on them when we opened and wasn't ready to just toss them out. Walt cleaned nine silhouette blinds in my house and they look amazing! They are over 9 years and have never been cleaned. He nailed it all -- process, customer service, communication and excellent work.
I was impressed that he promptly called me from my email inquiry. He explained the process and showed up as promised. He is so personable and professional. He gave me a quote and went to work. He was very open to my questions throughout the process and worked with me to fix a blind that was falling off of the bracket (including going to the hardware store to get a part).

Walt and his assistant cleaned the window coverings in our living room and family room. They did an outstanding job! They look brand new.

The owner, Walt, came to see the project, and take measurements. Then, he wrote up an estimate and I made an appointment. From the time he and an assistant arrived, they worked non-stop cleaning draperies, some at least 30 years old. He always let me know about any issues with stains, sites where stitching was fragile, etc. They kept everything clean around them, and did a marvelous job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will use them in the future. They also do fabric blinds, install, repair, etc.

They are great! From my inital conversation with Marci, to a followup with her husband Walt, I knew we were in good hands. They explained the process and scheduled a time around my schedule. Walt arrived on time, went over what he would be doing, and kept me up to date on his progress. He definitly was respend of our home and our stuff. When he was complete, he showed me the water from his extractor - yuck! My solar shades look as good as new and Bayview On-Site has a new happy customer! Thanks for a great experience!

We had our Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds and draperies cleaned by BayView. This was the first time our window treatment was ever cleaned in the 15+ years since it was all installed. BayView was professional, neat, and detailed. Our house looked brand new when they were finished. They did an outstanding job. I love it when I find a local business that is so wonderfully run it puts all other similar businesses to shame. Bayview On-Site Drapery Cleaning is one of those businesses. I've used Bayview On-Site a few times now and I highly recommend them. They have very professional technicians, work well and quickly. The first thing I had them clean was a very loved, upholstered chair in our nursery. They restored it so beautifully, it looked brand new! I asked if they would be able to clean the fabric seats in my car as well, and they were happy to! The Bayview On-Site technicians are very courteous, detail oriented, and timely. I will most definitely be calling them again.
