Services
We will ask you a few simple questions about your home and windows and give you a phone estimate based on normal average homes in our database and in your neighborhood that have the same characteristics as your home, size of home, type and amount of windows, etc. Your price could be more or less, but it is usually very close to the phone estimate.

Spencer and team exceeded our expectations. His team did a very thorough cleaning of our windows inside and out. He was forthright about areas on our 72 year old windows that couldn't be improved a whole lot.
Spencer noticed our solar panels which are eight years old and have never been cleaned. He quoted a price on the spot and, wow, take a look. I noticed extra electrical production immediately.
We will definitely use again.

The gals answering the phone are great and informative. However, the actual cleaners are terrible. No attention to detail, my window tracks are still dirty (with bugs), crappy job overall. I noticed the kitchen windowsill was still dirty when the guys were here and asked them how they cleaned it. They responded "with a cleaning rag". They need a vacuum to pick up the residue. From that point on I just gave up because they were not going to complete the job to my satisfaction. I will not use them again nor would I recommend them.

Our windows were in desperate need of cleaning. Today Jose and Kai came to clean them. They were right on time, professional, courteous and hard working. It was such a pleasure to have them work for us.
The windows are sparkling beautiful and our screens and window sills look like new. I highly recommend this company and Kai and Jose in particular.

I have used Window Smith for many years with great service. They are very expensive, but use to be worth it. This year is the first time I have been terribly disappointed. The Team was prompt and courteous, but I fear they were not properly trained. They left my carpets stained with dirty water. My carpets are white, so this is extremely bad! They also stained my windowsills with dirty water, and I cannot get it removed. I am forced to paint them to be clear of these ugly stains. Getting our windows washed was my husband's idea. I was convinced it would be too expensive because of the height of our house on a hill. The team of Chrissy, Jordan & Ernie proved me wrong. They did an absolutely outstanding job on our windows. They were professional, followed Covid protocols, and completed the task in under 3 hrs. Arrived on time and wore booties on their shoes. We'll be using Windowsmith on an annual basis from this point forward. Oh - and they took our crappy, old screens and in only 2 days we got 7 new screens back that fit better than the ones we had

Phenomenal service! As promised, their two young associates were here promptly for their 7:00 a.m. appointment, cleaned all windows (inside and out) plus three skylights and 24 solar panels in just over an hour and a half! This is how all businesses should be run! The initial call with Amanda was friendly and warm. We were just calling around to get prices on interior/exterior window cleaning and had already called a few others. Amanda was so knowledgeable and gave us a great price right away so we scheduled for 7am the next morning (today-July 13th).

Absolutely outstanding service overall starting by contacting Nicole to schedule an appointment in having our interior and exterior windows cleaned. She was very professional with a great personality. Josh and Angel were the team that cleaned our windows and screens and they did an admirable job. First and foremost in a Covid-19 world you have to be pretty sure on who you bring into your home will be safe and respectful. Windowsmith is that company and Chrissy S is your best representative. She was phenomenal and professional. Constantly communicating as she progressed through the cleaning. Inside and outside Chrissy and her assistant Juan did a great job. 3525 square feet of home with vaulted ceilings she cleaned it all. We emailed an inquiry over the weekend and got a call back Monday morning. We got a ¨¨ball park¨ estimate over the phone and were scheduled for just a few days out. A crew of two arrived within the 2 hour window wearing masks The cost was within $2 of the estimate. They worked steadily and were finished in less than 2 hours. Juan was the crew leader. We hadn’t had our windows cleaned professionally in years. What a difference it made!! We are very satisfied with the job Chrissy’s Crew did. They arrived within the appointed time window and Nicole called to update their ETA, which was helpful. The price was reasonable and the crew was personable and efficient. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having Ana, Juan and Maria to my home to clean my windows and screens. I have a 2 story house. The team worked together well and completed the job in about an hour. I'm extremely happy with the results. Ana informed me of a window with a broken seal that I had not previously noticed. She also pointed out some plant staining and told me about its possible cause. I appreciated Ana's attention to detail and professional manner. Great customer experience.

Ariel and Oscar did a great job of cleaning our windows. We've been using Windowsmith for years and have found every team to be reliable, on time, friendly, efficient, and do a fabulous job. I love that they call each year (at my request) to see if it's time to schedule the next visit. I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until after Windowsmith came and made them look the way they are supposed to look! Freshens up the whole house!

My windows are sparkling and flawless following the cleaning by Ana and Oscar. They are professional, polite and very focused on every detail. They worked hard inside and out.
