Element Fencing is a family owned, local fence company that specializes in residential and commercial cedar fence, decks, ornamental iron, and outdoor rooms (eco sheds). The crews at Element Fencing have been building fences and decks in Boise for 15 years and treat each job as though it was for ourselves.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication between their staff. I have learned not to go after answers and get attention here, as in this area your "word is your bond." So I do not need to... What a pity. Perhaps I should not have thought I would get that follow up phone call after all, and continued to email and follow-up.
Our neighbors here in Windsor Creek East in Caldwell were having their gate repaired, and we just needed a gate put in on the side, we were told by one of their lead people, Brad (not the owner) that is would be around $300 and take no time at all to take care

Made a call in May to have a fence built for my mom. On May 25, 2020 they sent me an estimate. Signed and sent back estimate on May 28, 2020. Emailed several times to find out when they could put it up. I asked if they could give a couple days notice so we could take down the existing fence. They showed up with no warning around July 17, 2020 proceeded to start taking the fence down. They tell my mom they only have wide pickets and if she wanted something else she would have to wait until the end of the year for a fence. It is to bad that nothing on this project went right. Element Fencing did a great job replacing an old fence for me. I had originally requested some more unusual materials for the fence design I had in mind, but when those were unavailable Brady (the owner) worked with me to find something else to substitute. Gavin and the rest of the crew that worked on the build did an awesome job on the fence and really took their time to make sure it was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Element to anyone that wants a quality fence!

Unfortunately I am not super impressed with this company. They put the fence in the wrong place and used wood posts even though we paid for metal. They did come back and move it to the correct place on our property line and replaced a portion of the wood posts with metal, but didnt replace all of the posts with metal even though we paid for all metal posts. Having to wait to get our yard refenced was very inconvenient because we (along with two of our neighbors) had to then wait to have the sod installed. They also used interior nails so now we have those really bad black drips coming from all

I called several different places for a quote for a fence and found Element fencinging quote fast and fair. I chose them because of the friendly service and the attention to detail of what I wanted in my fence. Before the fence was installed I made several changes and Ashley was courteous and quick in updating my quote. And as my fence was being installed Wade and Gavin, Tristan were answering an questions I had, they were efficient and made sure I was happy before they left. I would give Element fencing a 10 star recommendation if I could to family and friends call and get a quote.

Amazing service. Quick response to my initial inquiry. They scheduled an appt for estimate within a couple of days and even worked with the neighbors to obtain payment. Work was started ahead of scheduled and completed in 2 days. Pricing was better than the "more popular " companies in the area and service was by far the best Ive had in a while. Thanks so much!
