We called this plumber to repair our gas line and paid him $2,500 for his services. After taking our money, he said he'd need to do some additional work. He never got our authorization for the extra cost, but he tried to charge us an additional $3,000 for "finishing" the job. On top of that, his employee broke into our property (we have it on video) in order to do the work, then left it wide open when he left.
When we asked how the bill got so high and wanted to see an invoice for these additional services, he filed a lawsuit against us for non-payment and pulled the permit so his work could not

I’m a disabled veteran and new homeowner. As with most new houses I had a plumbing emergency. Within 24 hours Action Plumbing was to my house, cutting a corroded hose off the washer that “came with the house.” My faucets were old, and they replaced them as well. They communicated with me every step of the way. Their price was more than reasonable and absolutely blew the competition (TLC) out of the water. I called several plumbers and James had the fastest response time. He called me back and told me he would come by the same day! After meeting with him, and quoting a great price, he said he would start the next day! The others I contacted told me they could not do the work for two weeks.
He quoted an excellent price and he was fast. I have a 300 year old Hacienda and we will need more plumbing done. He is the guy I will have for a long time to come.

Action responded to my Home Advisor inquiry asap; they were ready to come out that same day! I wasn't ready & scheduled for next day; they were at my door at 8:30 a.m. (even before the scheduled time). They did the repair at a reasonable price. More impressive - the faucet leaked; I called them and they returned within an hour and fixed it. Ray, the repairman, explained reason for the leak and very professional! Would recommend Action.

I would recommend Action Plumbing to anyone. James (the owner) responded right away to my call and gave me a written estimate right on the spot. The crew worked without a brake to extend the gas line from the gas meter to the house under a very cold conditions and worked until late.
The State gas Inspection was passed with flying colors and the permit was granted.
I am very pleased with the work they have done. They even installed my stove and gas dryer free of charge.

Was quoted 125 to unclog a drain which I was told took about 15 mins. They ended up going under the house inspecting my heating and cooling system went farther under than where the drain was. Looked at other drains and gave me a estimte to replumb the kitchen sink and a couple other things. Told me I was getting a good deal from them. Essentially I paid for a estimate I never asked for 160 is what my wife paid as I was at work. If I were home I would have told them to get packing. They didn't even shut the crawl space when they left. Go with a different company

These guys really came through for my family yesterday. We had a hot water heater break as well as the furnace malfunction. They came out and worked late. They didn’t leave till the whole house was functioning properly. We have had them service our home several times and each time they proved to be simply the best! 5 Stars!
