This place is okay but will not work with you if you know your going to miss a payment. I tried to call and ask for a little more time to pay because I am going to school for truck driving and they wouldn’t work with me they kept telling me that after 10 days it would lock me out and this is the first time I have missed a payment. To be honest I wouldn’t use them I would find one that would work with you should something ever come up.

I've rented 3 other storage companies in the high desert and was totally disappointed. Bear Valley West Self Storage is by far the best place to store your things. All the staff there make you feel welcome and there's no fine print you get zapped with like all the other storage companies here. I recommend them 100 percent. Reasonable rates great staff. Can't find the words to describe my satisfaction..

I thought May of last year my 3 units were auctioned off untill 3 days ago bear valley west storage called and said they still had my units 9 months later and that my bill could be completely wiped away if i could clean everything out by this sunday night. Did i mentioned my bill was $7000 and they took care of it . i have been in so much heartache because of my struggles and my lost memories. Now im a busy bee for few days and sooo grateful for there compassion. Im forever changed because of there generosity. They are my ANGELS!!!!! They gave me good memories new and old!!! I’ve been dealing with BVWS for many years. The owners are extremely friendly and honest people who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. To bad I can only rate 5 stars instead of what they deserve. 10+ in my book.
