After calling many storage facilities with no luck, I was pleasantly surprised when John at the Highland store said he had some. We went down, checked in, got our spot however it was a little short. I called John, told him of our situation and he checked it out and was able to give us another. He was very patient and understanding.

This is in response to the posting on January 9, 2018 by the manager. She states no notice was given to the customer service office in writing. I went into the customer service office and told the lady at the desk I intended to move my RV out of storage. She told me a verbal notice was unacceptable, so I asked for a piece of paper, wrote my notice in front of a gentleman in the office and handed it to the lady that I assumed was the manager on duty. Later I was told that the person I handed my notice to was no longer with Secure Storage, so she may have failed to submit my notice to the proper

Tried to reserve a uhaul at this place. Had a pick up time an hour before they we're supposed to close. No one there when I arrived on time to get my uhaul. Called, no answer. Even called the "after hours line". No answer. This place is a complete waste of time. I even left multiple messages. No return phone call. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.
