Not sure why anyone would say this individual is honest. He recently purchased a home from a friend of mine. An elderly lady (80 years old) who has health issues, her husband also has Alzheimer’s. She was concerned about getting her personal items out of the house and to move an RV that needed repairs. She was told not to worry that he would give her time to get everything. The day after closing, I took her to get more of her personal belongings, he had already changed all the locks on the doors and the gates to the property He also placed a lien on her personal property. I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied I am with Jones Construction Company. Robert Jones (Owner) is an extremely honest and hard working contractor. He is a retired DASO Captain and provided many years of service to our community which I laud him for. From preliminary meetings when we discussed budgets and floor plans, to the very end, Robert was amazing. Through it all he was there to answer my questions and was highly involved the entire build. If your looking for a quality home built to last a lifetime you found it. Mr. Jones builds custom homes at an affordable price. We were able to pick our own floorplan, any available lot and he was able to build in any subdivision throughout the city! It was a package deal. With many what other builders called upgrades, his is standard. He was personally involved in the building process, from beginning to end. These guys are not landscapers! Lawrence gave my husband and I his card and told us to call if we needed anything, handyman help, yard work, ect. A week later we needed some weeds pulled and gave him a call. He provided a quote and agreed to do the job. Rather than pull the weeds he trimmed them using a weed-wacker and told my husband that they needed to be sprayed before they could be pulled. He then told us he would be back the next day to spray. He never returned and has stopped returning our phone calls. Very disappointed!

My husband and I saw a Jones home and absolutely loved their attention to detail and how so many things came "standard". We thought they would never be able to meet our low budget, but figured there was no harm in asking. Not only did they work with our budget, we customized our home and it looks and works better than we could have even imagined. Heber is very on top of things and a pleasure to work with, and Robert is beyond nice and forthcoming.
