I had a great experience with True Plumbing. They installed two new water heaters for me shortly after we moved into our new house. They did such a great job that I had them back to deal with the in-wall plumbing needed to install a refrigerator. For both jobs, they were professional, efficient and did a great job of walking me through alternatives.

We got a new disposal for our kitchen sink. I called at 8:00 am on the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week and they were able to come out the same day. I asked for a quote over the phone and Kim said it would be about $400. They gave me a 3 hour window and the plumbers got here on the earlier side of it. They called me when they were on the way over.
The new disposal we got costs about $135 at Home Depot or Lowe's. They charged $430, including tax, labor, and a 2 year warranty. I'm not sure what other plumbers charge, but we went with True Plumbing because they were able to come same day.

Paul and the Tru team were very helpful. On short notice they were able to get us added to the schedule and provided a very thorough breakdown of the issues we had and several options for repairing. I would highly recommend Tru Plumbing to everyone who has either emergency or routine work needed on their property.

100% satisfaction and 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely be using True Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs. They completed my leaky tub faucet repair with excellent workmanship, quickly, and their pricing is reasonable & affordable. Knowledgeable guys who showed me what was wrong and explained how they would fix it. Even wore protective booties over their shoes! Adam was awesome! Very communicative about what he had to do to unclog my shower and toilet drains. Extremely polite and professional— also left my bathroom spotless.

Thank you to Kim, Ryan, and the True Plumbing company. Amazing service, fast response and even faster service. Kim is super friendly and informative! Ryan, was spot on with customer service and knowledgeable. He explained everything and went to work and he was done before we knew it. We had a leak in our new refrigerator line and couldn't use the ice maker nor the filtered water component of the refrigerator. But now we can thanks to Ryan and his team. Need a plumber and want good service. Call True Plumbing.

I had used True Plumbing for a hot water heater replacement, which was fine. I hired them to replace the outdoor faucet which was leaking. I requested a freeze proof faucet, which is what I had before. It was a different design and leaked from the vacuum breaker cap that provided the freeze protection. Ryan came out and replaced the vacuum cap. A couple months later, I then had them out to fix the kitchen sink which was leaking from the basket strainer. The basket that they used for the replacement was much cheaper than what I had before, and I told them I wasn't happy with it. They told me
