The team is friendly and personable. The prices are reasonable and the job is completed in a timely fashion. They clean up their work area. If any corrections need to be made, they take care of it with no hassle. Reminds me of the type of service my parents received from businesses when I was younger. I have used this company twice and plan to utilize them again in the future.

Would not know about the quality of work because my daughter was stood up for an estimate for a new roof not once but THREE times with no phone call. Terrible customer service. Just today she rushed home from work so she would be there when Empire arrived and it is now two hours later and she has yet to get a phone call. If they do this with prospective customers, Lord knows if they would actually show up and complete the job.

Empire Home Remodeling was extremely responsive and professional! They gave us a reasonable quote and within days began the installation of our new roof which was damaged in a storm. They also installed new gutters as well. Everything was completed in one day! You will NOT be disappointed!

I was very happy with the new roof and gutter guards this company provided. Their price was very reasonable and fair. Ernesto, Mike and their whole crew was very professional and did a great job in one day. The clean up after completion was excellent. I still have not found one stray nail. Ernesto is a really nice man who tries very hard to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend this company

Mike the gentleman from Empire Home Remodeling Inc that came to my home was professional. He also did not try to take advantage in any way. I had called for roofing concern and a metal piece of siding that actually turned out not to be from my home.
I was told my roof was fine just the way it is. He also said that that piece of siding was from another dwelling and he offered to put it back up for management if they wanted.
I will call management tell them what the gentleman stated and give them the info if they want it.
