Ronnie was amazing to deal with. It took a great deal of time dealing with my insurance company due to their lack of response and overall dealing with the project. Ronnie was persistent and guided me on what to do and how to handle the situation. He was constantly calling them and trying to move the project along. It took months but he was on top of them the entire time even on his honeymoon. He always responded to me to me right away through calls and texts and answering all my questions. Prior to hiring Mid Atlantic Remodeling Company to repair / replace my roof, another roofing company approached me and persuaded me to go with them. Unfortunately, they were just not a great company. After my insurance company denied my claim (submitted with their help), they simply disappeared. They never even bothered to contact me - I got the bad news from the insurance company directly.
One month after that, Mid Atlantic knocked on my door to inform me that I just lost some shingles! I went out to check and of course it was true. That was the very first time I had lost shingles from wind damage

When the process first started I had some skepticism, but Aaron Singh and the Mid-Atlantic Remodeling company gave me great information, explained the process, and performed the installation. While this was a sales and a remodeling job, they never made me feel like I was just a customer. I am grateful that Aaron and Mid-Atlantic worked with my wife and I and made our home beautiful all over again. Call me extremely satisfied!

I remain totally impressed with all of the staff at Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Company. I'm extremely happy with my new roof. Every step of the process was explained before the work started. Communication with the office was courteous and efficient. Aaron, Luis, Tomas and the work crew were equally professional, courteous and efficient. Mid Atlantic Remodeling Company was Outstanding from start to finish! The crew was very professional and showed up on time. When they left for the day, it was like they had never been there, all the debris had been removed! Highly recommend!
