Be very careful dealing with this company. The owner "No" real name is Justin. I contracted them to remove several trees on my lot. We were out of town when the work was supposed to be done. They said they were finished and asked for payment. I asked for pictures and they sent me 20 different photos of my lot. I had my daughter drop of $14,000.00 liked agreed . when we arrived home we found they only cut down 3 trees and left 4. I have been calling and calling and after not getting a call back I contacted my lawyer. It's now been a year and we have not gotten a refund. They are crooked scammers

Before we moved in we had already had 2 trees removed as they were dying and leaning over the house. My landscaping/tree care can best be described as "benign neglect". Because of this, we had a LOT of work that needed to be done. When Crystal stopped by and offered a free estimate yesterday, I was thrilled because we'd known for a while that our big oak tree needed major help. Miles stopped by and gave us a very fair estimate for the work that was being done and we had a crew out first thing this morning.

They were performing work in the neighborhood and came to my door and asked if i needed any tree work done. I told them that i did need a tree in the front trimmed, 3 palm trees and some viburnums. They did an okay job With the trimming but did a horrible job with cleanup. I had to hire someone else to finish cleanup. T [ 4 large garbage cans full ] they also damaged my yard, driveway and pavers with their machine 'claw' they used to pick up most of the large branches and palm fronds. Don't know how to attach photo's of the damage to the yard sod and driveway and pavers.

Travis and his crew did an amazing, professional job trimming up large oaks that needed a great deal of selective cutting. I am now more confident going into hurricane season! Great value, cleaned up every inch of the work area including cleaning off my roof. Highly recommend!

We needed a tree removed and tree trimming and I am very impressed with the the service and the three men who worked 9 and 1/2 hours, without lunch and without breaks. All three were working not stop, professional, and polite. I was told it would be done in one day and it was. I also told them they would not get paid thill all the branched were off my property and sure enough, not only every branch and leaves were gone, the lawn looked manicured when they left. You should be proud of Andrew, Daniel and Myrto as employees and ambassadors of Arborist Doctor, LLC.

Travis arrived the same day I called (Saturday) and scheduled the work for Monday. The quote was comprehensive and fair. The crew arrived on time and completed the work without delay. They observed all the safety precautions and treated us with the utmost in courtesy and professionalism and there were no surprises regarding doing the promised work or abiding by the terms of the contact.

Justin and his crew did remarkable work trimming the large limbs over our roof as well as removing an unwanted tree from the front. They had to work over some obstacles (a fence and a parked car) but managed to complete the job as promised. From professional sales to the expert trimming and thorough clean up, these men were the best! I know I'll be contacting them again.
