Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with the outcome. We were debating between new cabinets or refinishing and we are so glad we decided to refinish. Rick did an outstanding job on our kitchen cabinet refacing. He is a perfectionist and his attention to detail is wonderful for the customer. Pricing was fair, especially after checking some box-store pricing and labor charges. He corrected things the original cabinet installers "made work" with quality repairs and then refaced the cabinets before installing our choice of doors and hardware. We are showing and telling our neighbors and friends the completed project and know they will be just as glad with Cabinet Refacing by Design and Rick as we were.

What a great experience! We were debating between new cabinets, painting the old, or refacing. Rick took a lot of time explaining his process used to reface the old cabinets as well as provided great ideas for other changes we wanted to make to the kitchen. He provided us with a folder with references we could call, Better Business Bureau rating and a written estimate / contract.
After reading reviews and comparing companies, we decided to go with Rick. When he came to the house to finalize the project, he was meticulous with the measurements ensuring everything was just right.

Rick did a great job and was professional from start to finish. Rick and his assistant completed the transformation of our older cabinets to a new more modern look in only 7 days completely changing the look of our kitchen. They left the job site clean everyday and took precautions to try to minimize dust to the rest of the house. All around great job and would highly recommend.
