Benchmark Construction was super responsive and Jason Bliss came out to scope out the project that we had in mind for our kitchen. He listened to our design concepts, the changes we were planning, and gave us quite a bit of practical perspectives. Given our changes were minor, we didn't end up working with Jason on this project, but will absolutely plan to in the future. Despite this, he spent the time to answer all of the questions we had and created a lot of trust (not something you get often between a contractor and home owner). Jason and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with as well as the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. We remodeled two old brick fireplaces to a more modern look as well as new inserts. Crew was on time and extremely careful to protect our house while they went through the demo and construction. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality company that you can trust.

Jason and his staff are great. Benchmark remodeled our kitchen in about 8 weeks. The renovation was well planned - including subcontractors and the job finished on time. The price we were quote by Jason is exactly what we ended up paying. We recently sold our house & the remodeled kitchen without a doubt is the main reason the house sold in 7 days above asking price. I contacted Jason Bliss of Benchmark Home Construction for help in repairing the water damage and rotted structural beam in my bathroom. I am very pleased with the results. The workers were very skilled, knowledgable, and professional. I plan to use Benchmark in the future for other projects.

Benchmark Construction did an excellent job on my bathtub to shower conversion (which also included replacing the bathroom floor and bathrooms countertops in both bathrooms). Matt, who did most of the work, was just phenomenal. He had top notch craftmanship, workmanship, fantastic work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency! In addition, communication with Jason (owner of Benchmark) and Chad made the project go so smoothly! Would definitely use them again for any future projects!!!

We used Benchmark Construction for an office project in July and that went so well that we came to them again for a home project. A pipe underneath our kitchen sink broke and the water leak created bad mold condition. Benchmark Construction responded to our urgent call to come out and identify and stop the leak...and they did a fast and professional job repairing the broken pipe. A mold remediation company had to rip out the cabinetry, countertops and backsplash all along the wall of the sink, requiring us to replace all of this as well as the rest of the kitchen's cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash
