Courteous Construction Company Inc (CCCI) is both an engineering and construction firm, and was founded in 1989. We have core expertise in seismic rehabilitation and design/build as well as ADU engineering and construction. Over the years, we have worked on seismic engineering designs and construction for buildings and bridges throughout the State of California.

Our team of ADU specialists will first start by looking at zoning files, terrain, property records, lot coverage ratios, and visiting the proposed location to ensure it will work! While different cities have different regulations as it relates to ADU size, it may not exceed 1200 sq ft.
Courteous Construction has completed retrofit jobs of many sizes, from buildings to bridges. Mr. Rezazadeh has over three decades of experience in both engineering and construction. Having established Courteous Construction Company Inc in 1989, Medi has since completed millions of square feet of retrofit throughout California. Medi holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
