I discovered water leaking through my downstairs ceiling. I called Thaddeus and he was there within a few hours. He was quickly able to locate and fix the leak. He also went ahead and installed a new garbage disposal while he was there. Great guy to do business with. He's now my go to plumber.

Called and was quoted $175 for dual push one piece toilet installation. Found out Roto Rooter’s estimate was $400 my car payment! Called back and setup the appt for the next day. We work late (healthcare) he was able to come and accommodate our schedules. He worked extremely fast to not only resolved our first issue which was the toilet, but all other issues we had throughout the house and offer a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend and we will be using again

Outside faucet spewing water all over the place after painter pressure washed my house. IMO, when I heard the sound of it I knew there was too much pressure. My usual plumber (who is also excellent) could not come out right away. I asked if he would please recommend someone, especially since I had to shut off all water to my home. Thaddeus was the man he recommended! He arrived the next morning, as he said, replaced the faucet, and all has been going just fine since. His personality, punctuality, everything was first class.

The water valve in our front yard had busted and gallons of water started coming out. I called Prestige and the plumber, Thaddeus, came out immediately. It was later in the day but he fixed the problem well into the evening of Halloween. Thank you so much for fixing the problem so quickly and being so professional!

I called at 7:40 AM on a Sunday, and Thaddeus was here almost immediately! We had a leak near our water heater, and he had arrived, assessed the problem, gotten the part and completed the repair by 9 AM. I think that must be some kind of record!
