Unfortunately my experience with a pool purchase was extremely disappointing. I purchased a pool from Baker in Feb of 2021. This was a big decision / purchase for our family. I went into the purchase being extremely transparent that this was our first pool purchase - we'd pay the money to have it done right - we'd wait - we just did not want to do much other than swim in the pool. So far I have been the General Contractor on the whole project. It's been a nightmare. I pulled the permit / had a survey done. I have scheduled their recommended pool installer - they came - and for two weeks now I have

I was in a process of installing the new liner bought from here on a Saturday, turns out the manufacturer misprinted the liner and package. The liner was way to small. I emailed them early Sunday morning. Got response instantly when they opened. Great service from the gentleman front desk . He made sure he found the correct liner and had it ready for me up front. Just friendly service. Keep up the great work. Will be back again.
