Services
Dean is a 1980 Engineering graduate from Oregon Institute of Technology. TEK's objective is to provide professionally administered and cost effective construction services to private clients as well as state and federal government agencies. In addition, TEK provides consultation on: design, constructability and construction methods, cost estimating, project scheduling and safety.
The design firm is hired to deliver 100 percent complete design documents. The owner or agent then solicits fixed price bids from contractors to perform the work. Designers and contractors bear no actual obligation to one another and the owner bears all risk associated with the completeness of the design documents.
Job Description: The work of this Contract comprises the construction of a water supply and drain system that will connect to the existing Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery infrastructure and provide required piping for the operation of a partial reuse aquaculture system (PRAS). Demolition of the northern bank of Small Foster Lucas Pond raceways is required to allow for the installation of two (2) circular tank PRAS.
Project includes the full removal and wastehaul of an existing fire pump and diesel engine and replacement with a new pump and engine.
