I've been using Premier Comfort Services for the past 15+ years and I simply refuse to go anywhere else!!! Reliable, professional, responsive, available, and so much more!!!. In the time of need, they were there. With the busy schedule, and my AC going out at the worst time possible (right before open house as I was trying to sell my home), one of the owners came out and help to install new system!!! My story is similar to another post on here (if you are curious it was posted 2 months prior to this one) so be assured my issues are not a one off.
My a/c was replaced in November of 2020, so at the time of the issue the a/c had only been used about 5 months (natural gas heating).
At the beginning of August 2021, I saw a large water stain on the ceiling of my son's room. I knew the attic air handler was above so I cut the power and went into the attic. Water was dripping outside of the emergency pan onto the attic floor and dripping into the insulation causing the ceiling damage. I documented

My AC unit waited until the last day of summer to quit working. I'm an avid DIYer, so I did all of the basic checks myself. Then I turned to google to search for more advance troubleshooting. I was able to isolate the problem to the outside unit, but at this point, I had run out of time and patience to get research any further. Fearing that I'd get the most unfavorable diagnosis, I called Premier and spoke to John. Luckily, I was able to get a same day appointment and within a hour of him being here, I had cold air again. Great service and a great price. I'd definitely recommend

I've used Premier Comfort for over 5 years after using several others. Really nice genuine guys who own this firm. Always fast response, capable, fair, and great prices. Several times they have came out to diagnose HVAC issues with low charges.
They have kept my older unit running, and for certain I will use them and give them the business for a replacement system.
If you want fair, honest service at a great price, this firm is the best to work with I've experienced. Highly recommended. Brian and John are the guys I have worked with. Always a positive outcome.

Our condenser went out at the beginning of 2015 Summer and we called this company and they were there the next day and fixed the issue, a blown capacitor. Price was exactly what I would expect for the hour they were on site. They were very friendly and knowledgable and additionally checked out the attic unit and freon levels as a courtesy. I would expect no less from any other service, but they did so without asking. So the met my expectations in what an ideal service call would be and on top they were not pushy about other services.
