Keep cool this summer, schedule a Service Call for us to come out and perform maintenance on your equipment to be ready before the next season. Was assigned Metro Air through my home warranty company. Was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come out so quickly and they replaced a thermostat.
Communication throughout was over and above expectations. Chase was kind, courteous and showed up on time with right equipment. Very pleased with Metro Air and I will spread the word about their great service!. Fortunately my AC issue was straight forward, just needing to replace the capacitor and adding some refrigerant.
Jeff and his colleague arrived within the time frame that Metro Air had set up. He was easy to talk to and happy to answer all my questions. He was polite, and courteous, and was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. The AC is now running again, and much cooler than it was the last couple months.

This has to be the worst delivery experience that I have ever had. The delivery driver (Pete) called me before he arrived (late) and asked if he could leave the item in my garage because it is "a very large item". My order says, "inside home entrance". I told him no and offered him the opportunity to go through the garage. He didn't want to do the work to get it in the house. He complained that the box was falling apart. I told him to take the box off because the item was wrapped in plastic. He declined. I called dispatch and they told him to return the item so that I could reschedule when more

Was referred to this company through American Home Warranty to fix an AC unit that was not cooling the house.
Monday: Young technician came out on Monday, I informed him I had confirmed the breaker was not tripped, unit had a new filter and the thermostat batteries had also been replaced recently. He checked the furnace, thermostat and outside unit, then came back to tell me the motherboard was not working.
Tuesday: He was back the next day with a new motherboard. Installedit, went outside, had to push the blades on the outside unit to get the fan turning. Told me he'd have to order a new fan motor
