An absolute disaster from day one. I bought a $15,000 geothermal system from them and was sold a total bill of goods. It was not energy efficient. It was nothing but problems from day one. It breaks down every winter. I cannot trust it. The service is terrible. The final straw was this year it broke down in sub zero weather. They tell me they can't repair it for two weeks? Meanwhile I have just the electric heat that won't keep up. They don't even return your phone calls. RUN from this company!
