I contacted Poorman's to see if they had a part for my 27 year old furnace. They said they would get back to me soon and let me know, which they did. I made an appointment with them to stop by and pick up the part. The people at Poormans were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Very good first impression. The repairman was quick to check the furnace and found the problem. He replaced a part, cleaned the interior, he told me about a maintenance plan that gave me a discount. The discount included maintenance service for the air conditioner in the spring.

I am very happy with the service they provided. Not only did they come out with late notice on a Friday afternoon but Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave me choices for the repair. I will definitely use them again and will tell friends how good they are.

Poorman’s Heating and Air has worked diligently to solve the heating and cooling needs of our church working with us and our budget. Recently techs Mitch and John hit it out of the park removing an old gigantic air handler and furnace installing new furnaces, duct work and vents through a small opening in the ceiling. Great job! Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Thanks to Mike Miller for all of his solutions and suggestions with the myriad of problems associated with older HVAC systems.

So glad I called and so glad you guys came to North Manchester IN . Had them convert my electric furnace to LP and changed my AC unit. they were very professional and really nice guys took the old units which was a plus cleaned up after them selves also. Even the salesman was good and I don't like salesman lol. defiantly worth calling. I give them 5 **** Thank you
