Great place! Staff is wonderful. They are caring and understanding and go above and beyond what they should.. Units are clean and dry and well kept.. Cameras on site. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit!!

Very clean place. Able to pay your bill online. The rental fee is in comparison with others. Not many opening though. If a unit is available, don't wait take it!!!

I have been a customer for almost 2 years now.
I have had many interactions with the staff from the manager, Jennifer to her helpful staff Katlynn, and recently Meagan.
I want to give these 3 ladies the praise and compliments that they deserve.
They have worked with me on several occasions and I have found them nothing but prefect in customer service.
Thank you girls for always taking great care of me and whatever I needed at that time.
Not on any occasion was I ever disappointed.
Top notch service is hard to find these days but is abundant at Portage Self Storage.

The main girl (i don't remember her name) there is absolutely AMAZING. She was super kind, and knowledgeable. Truly just overall a great worker! It was a pleasure to have a storage unit there. They run deals, and are the cheapest around here. Only downfall is they are not 24 hours. Still worth 5 stars overall.
