I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with R59 Storage.
I stored all my house content in there facility on 25 Jan 2020, using as my storage unit.
On 19 Aug 2020 we planned to move all my content to my newly build house. As we start moving my furniture we discovered a shocking discovery that my mattress was soaking wet and covert in mold knee height and all the content that was in boxes and furniture soaking wet.
We reported the incident to R59 staff members which informs me that it would be discussed with storage unit owners and they would phoned me back, nevered happened

I guess they just changed ownership. I have rented here for 7 years, and my first contact with there OFF SITE agent was painful at best, I have always paid the bill on time every month, well the first thing they tell us over the phone is we did not pay last month I told them I will send a copy of the canceled check, they said no they need a copy of my bank statement I said no way. then the second thing is they have raised the prices to what they think is fair. Well to many calls later I moved out and if you are brave enough to do business here, well good luck and please read the agreement, it is
