Called to help my teenage daughter who had lost her keys to her car. Made an appointment for them to come out. They didn't show for appointment. Didn't call to advise as to why. Upon our contacting them again, I was told that if we contacted multiple locksmiths that they would not come? I told them that we were waiting for them and no one else. They said they would try to dispatch someone. No show. Final Call.....Oh I am sorry, I could not find anyone to dispatch. Incredibly rude. Called to get a quote and the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude. They were also more than three times the price of the previous quote I was given. Would rate them zero stars if that was an option.
