Tom was extremely knowledgeable and taught me a few things that will help down the road. He installed 5 new locks and a keyless lock in just under 2 hours; This included correcting 2 pre-drilled holes that had to be shaved to fit the new locks. Highly recommend.

Tom was amazing! We had a very complicated, European multi-point cylinder lock that broke and wouldn't enable us to open the french doors. It required significant pre-consultation and several hours on site coming up with creative solutions as more problems emerged. If you need someone who is efficient, reasonably priced and can problem solve on the fly, Tom & Brother's Locksmith are the one!

Sent an email at 10 PM Friday. Stated I needed help opening a side door for which I lost the key. They were out here by 9:30 AM Saturday not only did they open the door they were able to adjust the lock to match my house key. Reasonable price quick service.

These guys were a life-saver! I was locked out of my condo (just moved in a week ago), and they were fast, courteous, and didn't try to take advantage of the situation by over-charging me. I was back in business within a half hour, and by a nice gentleman -- this is how customer service is supposed to be. Seems that's been lost over the years.

I found Brother's locksmith through another site and purchased a deal. When I arrived at the property, I realized that I was locked out. Luckily, I already had an appointment set with Brother's that morning. The technician arrived on time, sprayed some WD-40 in my lock and opened the door. Then he installed an electronic deadbolt lock that I bought and re-keyed my bottom lock. For approximately $120, my house is secure again. I am a happy customer.
