I showed up and so did 10 other people at the same time, with one guy behind the counter. In spite of that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, with grate customer service. I was impressed by the expertise, and with how quickly the guy was taking care of costumers. The price was best around, and he had no issues with me bringing my own key.

Said the key the car key I bought to be cut and programmed was crap. As someone who is not an expert on keys I have to trust that they didn't just break it and then use that as an excuse. Then they weren't able to program it successfully but still charged full price for a service they weren't able to complete. I would certainly feel deceitful if I charged someone full price for a service I couldn't render, but that's just my conscience. They don't wear masks either, so I wouldn't go there unless you want Covid.

I'm not sure what happened to the girl who worked at the store before they moved, but they seriously need her back! The lady working there now doesn't seem to know much about her job. Maybe she's training?

I needed keys for my 98 LS 400 because the fob was broke on both blades. Steven got it done without a sweat. I also had two busted key Fobs for my 02 BMW, Steven took on the challenge and didn't give up until he put a smile on my face! great service! dealing with BMW keys be warned anything over 2002, there may not be able to help.... reasonable prices, got my 3 keys done cheaper than it would have took to go to the dealership for one! (but I also brought my own blades in for both cars), (upgraded to the flip key). Ask for Steven...

For over a year now, the lock clickers on my Toyota have been broken so I've had to put the key in my door anytime I wanted lock/unlock my vehicle. Was driving down Jeff Davis this afternoon and saw the clicker drawings on the windows and decided to see if they could order me new ones. Honestly I was expecting to pay over $150 but they looked at my clicker, said a piece needed to be soddered and fixed me up for less than $20! I had my second clicker in my glove box and they fixed that as well (new battery) along with setting me up with a new house key. Around $30 for the whole thing. Great

I attempted to contact this business to get my car's locks re-keyed. Their answering service barely speaks English, clearly did not understand my questions, and was extremely rude to the point of hanging up on me. It's unlikely I will try to contact them again. I am disappointed because of the good reviews others have posted about the service they received.

I need a special key made and they fix me right up. The guy knew right off when he saw the key. It looked like some of the blanks I've seen else were but just a slight difference. That were experience pay's off, I had other places just make a key then it didn't fit. And they said there must be something wrong with the lock, but the old key would work. Then they would say your key is to worn to make a good duplicate. Well Ducks made the key and it worked the first time, so if I need a key made this is were I'm going.
