I needed a sliding glass door replaced after a burglary. I called 4 other companies to try and find someone to come out on a Thursday. No one could make it same day, let alone the same week. They all said next week, while my sliding glass door was broken, and only the window tint is holding it somewhat together.

I called for an emergency window replacement they had no one available, but ask me nicely can they come tomorrow morning, and gave me another window guy to help me if I couldn't wait ,the way the person was talking so nicely I was like mmm ok ill wait ,so I save some extra money I didn't have to spend, and got top of the morning service ,just like advise so thank you and your husband and etc for the best service you can give, keep up the great and wonderful work y'all provides. Such great friendly service. They are genuinely 24 hours. I called and Lana was able to get everything starting and assess my issue right away. She walked me through everything was very understanding of my desire to shop around but no one else who was 24 or emergency services even responded. She had me all scheduled and got the process started right and other companies still haven't even responded to my original inquiry.
