Used this place as it was only 5 mins from home! I took two screens in to have them re screened because of tears. They did a good job and they fit well. I then had them come out to measure a front window as the screen was missing. The also replaced rollers on the sliding window and now it's great we have cross ventilation in the living room. They also replaced the screen door to the patio. In all I would use them again. In all 5 screens were replaced.

I called and I spoke to one of their guys. Scheduled an appointment for measurements and the guy actually came to my house and took em. It’s been 3 weeks and I have no status on my order, the guy before leaving my house said; my manager will call you with final quotes. Never did, I call him a week later and asked what was the status and he said we didn’t know if you wanted the job or not. I said yess!!! He said, ok will order the glass. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I spoke to him and I have no idea what’s the status. At this point, I decided to just go with a more professional company

I recently took in a window screen for them to repair. I brought them the original damaged screen, so they had the "exact" dimensions. When I went to pick up the repaired screen, I asked to match the new screen against my original screen, but they had already recycled my original screen. The new screen width was OK but the height was off by 1/2". They took that screen back to fix the problem, and the next screen was off on both the height and width. I had a broken window at my rental property, which I have a legal obligation to fix within seven days. I explained this to Ace when I called, and they still couldn't get out to the property for five days. Since there was a three-day weekend involved, I accepted the appointment but stressed again that I had to take care of the problem within seven days. Wow - Don't ever go to this guy. He committed to cutting a mirror for me and days after the deadline he gives me the excuse that his employees are not showing up. So we came up with another target date and I called him the morning after and he told me "it's not done and if I want, I can just come and pick it up.", BAM - He slams the phone down in my ear.
What in the world could I have done other than to expect him to keep his word and handle his business to deserve that.

Ordered windows but never received anything and they kept leading me on saying they were ordered . Then when install day came , they mentioned they never ordered anything. 2200 total 1200 deposit and told me I couldn't get my money back at the time until this final issue. The front desk was extremely rude as well. This was about a 1 month issue. Buyer Beware.

Called today and asked if they can come to my home to cut an already installed window to make room for a new swap cooler and told him measurements. I asked before hand if they can come to me and the guy said yes, awesome I though, then asked how much? He said $80 to come and cut it plus material. I said material??? I need you to cut my glass. Guess what he said? Are you going to bring the glass? Are you serious, I said. Wasted 3 minutes and 13 mini seconds of my precious time.

I had 3 window screens replaced this weekend. Same day service was friendly, funny, and professional. Love the personalized, family, small town feel, but with a professional manner. Went to have a price quote for a shower install. Looked at several options and decided on a frameless shower. Was told by the installers that frameless is a little hard to install due to exact measurements needed. After they were done, I was very pleased with the work, even though my outer wall is a little bowed due to the age of the house, expansion/contraction and earthquakes, the guy did an awesome job. The company forgot our appointment. After calling an hour after appointment time the technician charged $50 more than what was agreed upon over the phone. Technician said he'd be back in an hour (after being 3 hours late to the appointment) because it was lunch time. 2 1/2 hours later he came back. Over the phone, the supervisor was rude and condescending.

I would like to fix my previous yelp that I left. I had a problem with my sliding glass door. I went in today and spoke with the owner as he was working at the front desk. I told him the problem (Dale) what was going on. He immediately took action and had a service guy at my door within 15 mins. I'm very pleased with the outcome and my sliding door is back to perfect! I have been very impressed with the employees at Ace Glass. Their dedication to doing a job well, big or small, puts their shop above the rest. I ordered glass shelves for my medicine cabinets, and they came out beautifully. Their attention to detail and friendly down home customer service made it an enjoyable experience. I have ordered custom screen doors from them before, and they came through for me like a champ. Their Customer Service Agent, Dale, also works next door to the shop at the hardware store and helped me select the correct saw for a home improvement project. He was friendly and helpful

I called Ace Glass to find a double vanity mirror which we damaged trying to paint around it. Dana gave me a great price and I asked him to deliver and install. Another great price . They we're able to come out next day and the delivery and installation was done in 30 minutes. Excellent service and they even took away the broken glass. Have seen Ace Glass from the Ace Hardware shared parking lot over the years. Ace Hardware has always been the go to Hardware when the "big box" stores fail, so why not give the "Glass" a shot! We're vey satisfied! We're greeted promptly by Dana who assessed our needs, explained our options with an accurate cost estimate and schedule for job performance. As the work could be performed the next day we authorized the work. The installers, Javier and Larry arrived on time, professionally presented themselves and completed the work in a friendly, expeditious manner

Needed my sliding screen door rescreened and this side gets the full sun in the afternoon, they recommend the sunscreen one which is a little darker but what a difference it makes. Great customer service they were done within a half hour. Not expensive and redid the hardware Awesome place they do doors and windows custom also

I would highly advise against going to these guys. They did a terrible job installing our screens and when I took the messed up ones back and they claimed they would give me new ones but two days later they gave me the exact ones back trying to persuade me that they fixed them. Don't bother coming here. Save money and hassle.

Ace Glass is a newer vendor to our company. They have been a great asset to our company. Dale is very reliable and he is always there to answer your question. They will get a house boarded up very quickly and get the estimate to us. We also us the hardware store. We have an account there and it makes it very covenant they are just down the road.

We came in today to purchase a window screen. When we first entered the premises no one was in the office...a gentleman who had just driven up at the same time as us soon approached the office from the sliding glass door....no hello or any other type of greeting...(I honestly believe he is not the person who normally mans the desk) He reaches the desk and then says how can I help you?
