I worked with Zion pools for two major projects and I was very satisfied with how professional they were, how great of a job they did and how timely everything was installed. We had our first pool and equipment installed a few years ago and it came out perfect! We told Mike how we wanted the pool to look and he made it happen exactly how we wanted it. He even paid to have extra concrete installed at no cost to us. We must have got a hundred compliments how nice the pool looked from our friends and family.

I wanted to share another positive experience with Zion Pools. We recently completed the second phase of our side/back yard renovation since my last review a couple of years ago. Mike and the team exceeded the 5 star rating again by designing/completing a cascading stacked stone and colored concrete staircase with beautiful raised planter beds on both sides of the stairs to balance the space. The stairs lead up to a patio area outside our dinning room where they installed tumbled pavers and a beautiful 6 foot lite fountain. Our friends and neighbors were blown away with how it turned out.

We contracted Zion Pools to replaster a pool in West Hollywood, and the plaster started to turn color from a white pool to a blotchy grey within weeks. We tried to call Mike at Zion, but to no avail. He won't even return our calls...it's very frustrating after spending thousands dollars, and no return calls to make things better. Guess we'll have to take the long route in getting our funds returned!
