Mike and his team are great. They have always been friendly and treated me fairly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I felt very "blue" about the company that built my pool - they provide horrible customer service. I am very thankful to have found Tranquil Waters.

After seeing positive reviews, I contacted Tranquil Waters and spoke with Matt, the owner. I had questions for him about cleaning our pool. I asked him a few questions about maintaining our fiberglass pool and he told me he didn’t do fiberglass pools, but that his company maintains several fiberglass pools???? Confused? Me too.. The guy spent more time telling me how my 15 year old pool is old than he did trying to get a weekly customer scheduled on his books. I was shocked enough with his lackadaisical attitude and confused by his inability to help that I asked if he just worked at Tranquil

We had a broken chlorinator which was spewing water out into our neighbor’s yard. I called our pool company that we have used for several years but they didn’t answer or return my call when I left a message on voicemail at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Then I called Tranquil Waters Pool Service, they answered right away, and they were able to fix our problem quickly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pool. We will be changing our pool service to this quick acting company!

Very helpful service. Other pool repair service I called didnt even call me back, but Tranquil Waters Pool Service responded right away. They tried every thing they could to diagnose my electrical issue over the phone. Came out quickly and fixed my pool pump. Reasonable price and professional service.

Matt and the folks at Tranquil Waters opened up my pool for the summer. Not only did they come out within a week of me calling, which my family is very thankful for. They also did a great job opening the pool: removing, cleaning and folding the cover; removing and cleaning my filter; cleaning out all the debris in the pool and giving it its first dose of chemicals. It has only been two days since they opened the pool and it is already crystal clear without any additional work on my end. I would highly recommend Tranquil Waters for all your pool needs.

We hired Tranquil Waters to help us with our 30 year old pool (opening, much needed replacement of very old equipment). They were amazing in their customer service, being honest in what we actually needed and didn’t. They really cared about doing a good job and were accommodating in working with our crazy schedules. I am in awe of this company....since starting service with them the first of July my pool has been spotless. They are dependable and knowledgeable and do what they say! I had previously used a local company for the last 2 years, but this year the service was horrible and they had inexperienced technicians that just continued to pour chlorine in the pool when they couldn’t get the water clear. They also replaced the variflow valve without putting the gasket in properly so water was being pumped into the sewer for hours before we realized, costing me $100 in water. A letter to the owner was sent

I have been using Tranquil Waters for several years and they are the best! I use them for my pool openings and closings and for weekly cleanings all summer. They do an excellent job for me. In and out and leave my pool clean as can be. Anytime I have any issues with equipment, they get someone out quickly to fix my problem too.

I received a flyer in mail so gave them a try. I had a cartridge type filter removed and a sand filter installed. My worker did a great job. Was very quick and focused. Really professional and clean cut. I recommend Tranquil waters. Didn’t hit good value only because I self care my pool so had nothing to compare price with. MOST IMPORTANTLY was they get to you VERY FAST which I love!
