The Tibetan wool used in our carpets comes from Himalayan Mountain sheep, producing some of the finest wool available for weaving carpets. Our master weavers then put to use their artistic gifts to create Tiger Rug's masterpieces of today and heirlooms of tomorrow. Regal Rug, a division of Tiger Rug, is assigned the task of reducing current inventory levels of close-outs, overstocks, and one-of-a-kind, hand-knotted carpets.
These carpets are produced entirely by hand from start to finish. To see how entailed the production is, please view the production video on the Tiger Rug website. All Tiger Rug carpets sold through Regal Rug are certified by Care and Fair, an initiative against child labor.
