Took a oriental rug to State that was in need of repair and a good cleaning. Keith assured me it would be done properly. He was RIGHT. Forgot what beautiful the real colors were. Could not find repair.! I dropped off three more rugs and will continue to use STATE. Thanks Keith and your helpful polite assistant! Nice guys.

This morning I encountered a State Rug & Warwick Floors employee cussing out an employee of Dunkin Donuts, unprovoked. The State Rug & Warwick employee was yelling bigoted things, calling the Dunkin employee a fa**ot. It was a very clear case of hate speech. Shocked by this brazen bigotry, I videoed the encounter until the guy left in his State Rug & Warwick van. When I said I'd call his employer, he said that he's the owner of State Rug & Warwick Floors. Please consider whether you really want to patronize a company with an owner who attacks people in this way. I have video and photos as proof
