On all our homes "The Whole House System" is our guide and is integral to the long term success of each project. A "plans" energy rating prior to construction to help determine energy efficient options prior to building, followed by a final energy rating at completion. A home designer, to help with the sometimes daunting task of selecting your colors and surfaces!.

Wirtanen was awesome to work with. The whole team is professional and responsive. From start to finish we felt taken care of. When problems arose they took responsibility and made sure we were happy. They have a higher building standard than any other builder we met with and their system from design to selections to building is easy to follow and very thorough. We highly recommend them.

We loved working with Wirtanen. They are an amazing team. We were able to come to them with a general idea of what we wanted and they worked with us to develop a beautiful home. They are patient, kind, hardworking, and trustworthy. When we did run into glitches they were quick to correct the issues and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Our home is stunning and we are so happy that we worked with a builder we could trust and count on. We highly recommend working with Wirtanen Inc. There quality of work is outstanding.

We used Wirtanen Custom House to build our house. They designed our house from listening to our ideas and wants, they even added the weird angles my wife likes. We liked the fact that they had a computer model of our house on the land so we could see how it looked. The construction crew was great, they’d answer any question we had and always showed us what they were going to do next. Any problem that came up Wirtanen would be here on a couple of hours to fix it. We have recommended Wirtanen to all of our friends and some have used them. If I was ever to build another house it would be with Wirtanen

Steven and his team made working with Wirtanen an experience! We had contacted 32 builders in the area for a unique build and they all turned us down because it wasn't in their cookie-cutter menu. The Wirtanen team gladly took it on because it was different! The advice, planning and design input opened up so many affordable improvement oportunities we were astounded.
