Since 2001, Lake View General Contracting, Inc. has been providing professional project management and construction for projects throughout Alaska. Ray Kizer, President of the firm, has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry in Alaska. His varied construction experience throughout the state is an asset to any client.
Tenant improvement to existing shell building for the first Alaska Krispy Kreme at Creekside in Muldoon. Alaska becoming the 39th state with Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The Hot Doughnuts Now concept included a sales counter and seating for 40 total with an additional 12 exterior seats, and a drive-thru for retail sales and a doughnut production facility.
In 2013 Lake View General Contracting, Inc. was tasked with providing construction services in the renovation of the KTVA Studio/ Denali Media in Anchorage, Alaska. The typical television studio of this size and complexity takes generally 2 years from design to air. The final product turned out to be Alaska's first HD television production.
In June of 2014 Lake View General Contracting was asked to provide a budgetary estimate to renovation the existing Maranatha Full Gospel Church on Dimond Blvd. The original design selected by the owner was over the available budget the owner had established. Lake View General Contracting worked with the architect, engineers and the owner to provide value engineering services to revise the original design.
