Dio was a hero during our time of need. We had a shower leak which damaged the sheetrock and floors in the adjacent bedroom. The damage was pretty extensive given the amount of water that had gone through the walls.

I came home to a sewer leak. I reached out to MAX Restoration and Dio responded quickly. Given the nature of the emergency, he was able to come late in the day to get the area drained and sanitized. He was professional, safety conscious and did a very good job restoring the area to better than new. I would highly recommend Max Restoration!

I cannot recommend Dio and Max Restoration highly enough. We had water damage to our upstairs bathroom and downstairs master closet right before Thanksgiving as a result of an overflowed bathtub. My husband contacted Dio Wednesday evening and he was out at our home Thursday morning to assess the damage and provide us an estimate to dry up all the moisture before mold could start growing. He started work on Friday morning and all areas were dry by Monday. Max Restoration also helped us with the repairs necessary to the closet and bathroom.

Fantastic work and communication. Dio was really professional, efficient, did a great job, and took proper safety precautions which I really appreciated considering the Covid climate. I ended up having a separate repair request after he started on the main request and it wasn't a problem at all. Would absolutely rehire for any projects in the future if needed.

To start, this is maybe the second review I have ever given in 5 years of using yelp..
We had a sewage spill in our yard, Dio was a rockstar! He was here fast, gave a reasonable quote. After he started, he found a drain that was still plugged after pulling off a bunch of boards. We called the plumber to come back the next morning, Dio came right after to finishe the job quickly and effectively.
Great service, went above and beyond, Covid respectful and a pleasure to work with.

I wish yelp allowed me to give 10 stars to Dio. We had a big project and he came to our house at least five times to finish the project. Each time he came exactly on time...to the minute! I strongly agree with all the reviews listed here...he is very professional, responsive and hard working. The issue was in our crawl space and needed a major restoration. it was lot of hard work going into crawl space and spending hours there to finish the project. I could tell from the details and finishing touches that he cared about the project and was proud of his work. I wish every contractor was as dedicated

We were starting a remodeling project on a new property when the air test came back positive for mold. Dio came highly recommended from the air testing company and they were right. He was professional, responsive and hard working. He explained his plan clearly, was reasonable about pricing and approach, and executed perfectly. The job took multiple days. Dio and his team got to the job site on time each day, followed the rules for PPE and safety and did an excellent job cleaning the entire place up. From beginning to end, working the Dio (the owner) was such an easy process. He is very professional. Every appointment he set, he showed up on time and ready to work. I had a mold problem in one of my bedroom upstairs and before he even started working, he made sure to cover all the areas leading to that room. He took extra care to fully enclose that one room off from the rest of the house. His attention to detail was great and he always cleaned up after each day. He repaired all the damage area and when the job was done, you couldn't even tell any work has been done.
