We had our septic pumped and about a week later an alarm started going off. The guy who answered my call initially didn’t provide the correct information about having someone come out and check the alarm. It was frustrating. HOWEVER: the superintendent called very quickly after I hung up to clarify and make things right. It was a simple fix and I appreciate the follow up and customer service. Most companies just don’t care anymore, but A Advance takes their customer experience seriously. Thank you for the follow through. Scheduling the original service for

Just imagine it's late, finally getting quiet time by myself cuz the teen finally goes and showers, yay it's a great night right! Wrong. Went to use the bathroom and find that the toilets sent stuff the wrong way AND came up in the tub. Thankfully it was slowly going back where it came from but dang it now I get to deal with this in the am.
After calls to our last go to failed cuz they couldn't come out for 3 days! I got a referral to A Advanced. The gal on the phone was clear calm and quick to help. Got me scheduled for someone to come out within 3 hours.

I called A advanced septic and construction services because my septic alarm was going off. I called their 24 line at 2am because it was going off at that time and I panicked.
They were very nice about telling me that they would send someone that same day in the morning once I told them what was going on (I wasn’t getting backed up water into my house so I knew it was ok)
I called other companies that also had a 24 hour number and no one answered even when their website said they were already opened. A-advanced called me back at about 6 am that they had a technician ready and would be on the

The online messaging/texting service makes it really easy to contact the organization. They responded extremely quickly and scheduled me within 24 hours of my request. The technician, Matthew, called me to let me know he was on his way and the service also sent me a message with a picture and bio of him to ensure I knew who I should expect to see, which is an amazing safety measure in my opinion. Once here, the team was efficient and informative, and not only fixed my issues but also gave me tips and guidance on how to best avoid these issues in the future, as well as other observations they made

We had a great experience with A Advanced septic services. The company was friendly and communicated well with us. Matthew our technician did a great job. He was very efficient and friendly. The more friends and family I ask about my experience with your company the more ashamed I am of what you have done to them as well. This is the first time I felt it necessary to share. Entered our yard this morning, went through gate to our backyard without notice, permission, not even so much as a knock on the door, and started digging up the yard where I had planted new grass. Have all on video. When confronted *from within my bedroom window!* they just replied "we're working on the pipes" with no rationality for failure to follow basic legal procedures to enter the property. Which was behind a closed gate, in our backyard. Picture's worth a thousand words, and I have it all on video. Don't hire them. We didn't. Yet here they are clearly entering our yard and digging away unapologetically
