Manager of a small apartment complex. Installation went great and things went very smoothly for a while. Once we needed some repairs it took forever to get a call back and when they finally came out it was fixed well. The spa was working again for a short time and then things went south again. We tried to get them to come back out but between the no response to several calls and a two week wait time, we decided to go with someone else.
