The team at Southern Ornamentals And Fence are one of the the best companies we have worked with. From start to finish, they are communicating with you every step of the way, updating you on the status of the project. We had fence repairs completed, along with a custom pergola installed. Everyone that visits our home cannot stop raving about how amazing the pergola looks. The installation team sat with us to ensure all of our needs where met and had such a great attitude each time they were at our home. John would always check in with us to keep us posted and the office staff was an absolute pleasure

We had to call this company several times just to get a call back for an estimate. Once we actually got a call back, we immediately scheduled a date and time for an estimate and "John" just never showed up. I guess this company just isn't interested in new business or proper customer service. We obviously would not recommend them. Go with another company that actually respects their customers and earns your business.

Incredible recent experience with Southern Ornamentals & Fence Company! We were referred to John (owner of company) from a neighbor in Parkland Bay. John was professional, organized and punctual. Estimate was given on site and permit was submitted within 2 days of HOA Approval. Installation was one day and the workmanship was excellent. Highly Recommend!

Southern Ornamentals and Fence is an extraordinary company that came highly recommended. I reached out on very short notice needing a section of my fence removed for pool construction. I honestly thought my chances of getting it done next day were slim to none BUT John (he is so amazing) and his company single handedly saved my dig date. An already long wait (due to the volume of pools going in) would’ve been at least a week and a half longer if I had to reschedule. I’m forever grateful to Southern Ornamentals and will call them with any and all of my fencing needs. Any other service they offer
