Initial rep came out and went into back yard without our knowledge at the incorrect scheduled time. We were not home. Lucky our dogs were inside. Rep called me with a $2500 estimate which we told him was way off. He copped an ATTITUDE! Could not deal with him! Called to speak to manager and told him estimate was half of what it should be. We gave him the measurements over phone and he agreed, should be closer to $5000. He rescheduled appointment for another rep that came out today. His attitude was just as bad or worse as the 1st. We're seniors and asked him to out on a mask. IDIOT SAID,

I really cant rate them as a company but I did call ACE fence and asked who THE manufacturer of the PVC fencing was (there arent many PVC manufacturers approved for FL) and the girl did not know. She didnt even offer a call back with that info. How odd. Always go with your instinct, especially with COVID going on these days

I would NOT recommend this company at all!!
Their customer service gets very annoyed if you call or ask any questions.
They installed a PVC fence on my property that cost around $10,000.
It took them about 2 months to even get started.
They subcontract out the labor, so the installers are not their employees.
Workers did not show up until after 11:00 am each day.
They did a good job on the first 75% of the install, but the last 25% was rushed and neglected (I assume because it took them a week to complete a 250' fence).
On the last 25% - they left 6 of my old wood poles sticking out of the

These folks took over 4 weeks to get to the site. We were replacing a wooden fence between two houses. The installers pored the excess cement mix used for the footing of the fence post inside a planting pot and ruined my plants. What is more concerning is they did the same thing on the neighbors side of the fence and ruined her pot and plant. When I contacted them, the told me they spoke to the installers and according to their version they did not do it. (Well, if the same cement compound used for the footing is found inside the pots, who did?) They will not step up to the plate a replace the

Stay away from this " company" composed of a few obnoxious & unprofessional employees around a hiding boss- ONE MORE bad review BEYOND THE MANY OTHERS HERE- that had been referred by our contractor after we had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on a house renovation.

Negative stars! New customers beware! Contract was signed with this company September 9th and we are now in October and still we do not have an install date. Response from owner is that they provide tentative installation says. Please note that my review comes from a person who understands the installation and permitting world. I work with contractors and permits everyday and never have I heard of such a thing. I write this review as a warning to new customers that you might wait for months to have your fence installed.

I was desperate to have my fence replaced. It was down and I have a pool. Wayne from Ace fence hustled to get my quote to me and helped me with the approval process with my HOA. The company processed the city permit and as soon as the approval came they put up the new fence the following day. It looks great! The gate is wider and swings perfectly as the old one never did. The people at Ace fence are friendly and did everything verbally promised that was also clearly stated in the proposal. Best service, installation and quality. They exceeded my expectations!

Ace Fence only installs fences, they will not repair, they will not help you if you need anything done afterwards so I ask you... why give them your business? They most certainly do not value it. We had a white PVC fence installed between houses and a chain link fence around our back yard years ago with Ace Fence. They poured concrete in the posts of the white pvc part making it very sturdy. So sturdy that when we needed machine access to the back yard it was one heck of a job to take it down.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had our fence done 3 years ago. After the fence was installed we had to call the company to come back and fix the double door and single swinging door, 2 separate times, because the doors would not latch property. A few weeks ago the same thing happened again and we called the company however they wouldn't come and fix it. They said it was pass warranty. We explained how this has happened before and it's never been properly fixed if it's happened 2 other times. The man on the phone was very rude and not accommodating in the least

Persons sent to put up fence did not have proper equipment to perform their duties. Fence posts were not installed to specifications. Fence is now warped! Should have been a 3 day job, turned into a 5 day job. Owner was called several times to come out and view the issues. He would not and was very rude on the phone. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!! Also the quote was not explained. When we asked questions about "what if's" he said that is the norm!!! But then charged us for the what if's!! So quote was much more. Would never recommend this company

I sure hope that Alex isn't the owner, because he sucks. I walked in to get a spare part for fence. The lady out front was nice and told him I was there. He completely ignored me. After 10 minutes of him typing on his pc, I asked if I should come back later. He said he wasn't ignoring me, he was finishing an email and the just looked back at screen. If you want better customer service... go anywhere else. No acknowledgrment... no nothing. When you can't meet minimal expectations... should you be there?

BUYER BEWARE. The company came out, gave us an estimate for a fence. We are in an HOA and needed to get approval, and they new it. They took a deposit of 50% of the job, and only provided us with one page of the contract. On the second page of the contract, the cancellation policy of 15% of the contract amount (not deposit amount) appeared. Our HOA denied our request for the specified fence. No work was done, just measurements and a trip to city hall to obtain a permit. You would think that a company in business since 1961 would:
