I called for an estimate to have a fence repaired. Paul, from sales, never followed up with an estimate. I had to call to follow up on two separate occasions and only two weeks later was told that a job that should have taken a few hours would have to be delayed for 2-3 months. Very unprofessional and that I should go to a different company. Not the best service at all.

I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff. My husband and I purchased our first home October 2020, and we proceeded to do some light improvements (no major renovations-just to make it our own). This included hurricane windows, painting the exterior, and on a whim-my husband built a pergola in the front. Well, it wasn't permitted (we genuinely didn't realize it had to be) and we got a citation and we told to either do a bunch of things to get it permitted or remove it.

We needed 78LF and of fence and two 5' gates for a house we just bought so the dogs can run free. Greg (sales) showed up on time and provided appropriate insights and education and provided a quote. We decided on pressure treated wood, 6' tall, modern horizontal fence. We checked a few other companies and BCF's price was on the low end of middle range and most reviews were good. The bad reviews had me worried. Spoiler: I had NO reason to worry.

I got three bids for my new vinyl fence. Broward county fence was the lowest. And I was pleasantly surprised that their work was outstanding. They were quick, they answer the phone when you call them, it came out when they said they were in a come, they had the job done in two days, and it was exceptionally good. We were very happy with our fence install. Arnie was great to deal with. He kept us very well informed. Felix installed the fence. We were amazed how quickly it was completed. He took away the old fence - boy were we glad to see it go. The fence looks beautiful and completes our yard. I would recommend Broward County Fence for your fencing needs.

I had an excellent experience dealing with this company from start to finish. Brian was very committed to make sure that my needs were addressed and met for the new design. Arnie and the guys were a pleasure to deal with they were very professional and courteous too. Now the Curb Appeal is updated and looks so much better! The installers Arnie and crew did an amazing job and Brian's concern that I was satisfied with the results was most appreciated. I had to get three estimates for the board to approve. The first estimate I got, the tech was an hour late and didn't seem educated enough about the fence industry. Finally, I found Broward County Fence on google. Their website looked very nice and the pictures of their work were impressive. I called and spoke with a nice girl named Chelsey. She scheduled me to meet with Tim an estimator and He was prompt and his guidance and pricing really sold me! I had to get another estimate from a different company but the service wasn't like what I got from BCF.

I always get three quotes whenever I have any type of work done on my house . They were by far the most reasonable and it was also difficult to find companies who put up bamboo fencing so that was a plus as well . The fence itself took a little bit to be ordered, but the communication was excellent I received tracking numbers and email updates and it even came earlier than expected! Literally I got a call when the fence came in and they were installing the next day ! Looks beautiful and sturdy ! The men were great! They even has to deal with some overgrown landscaping , but they took care of that

An angry, unprofessional person, when confronted about smashing through a sanitary sewer line, and filling it with concrete and backing plumbing into the home; came up with every excuse, then when caught lying went ballistic, called us racial slurs and a slew of vulgar curse words. Then hung up the phone.
Bottom line is that they failed to call Miss Digg to have pipes marked and painted (to save time and money) and actually hit a line, then covered it with concrete to hide their mistakes, so they could collect the balance.
Very shady, pathetic and unprofessional. Do NOT use this company

Worst company I've ever worked with, we had over 30 sub contractors on a job. These guys were extremely disorganized and over priced. Tim was a nice sales guy. Brian was a completely incompetent at his job. They said they could start without permits, then after we sent a deposit it would be another week until they could start and we had to wait for permits. Every aspect of the job was difficult for brian to solve and make the customer happy. Even down to the last step of hardware. They installed stainless steel hinges and black springs then demanded we pay $5 extra to make everything match

Broward Fence installed a wood fence for us in Sept 2017. At first I was impressed with Brian's responsiveness & professional demeanor, he showed up for our appointment on time and was prompt with an estimate that fell into the middle of the three we received from other contractors The day our project was scheduled to start we had heavy rain. I expected a cancellation, but the crew showed up and began the installation. In hindsight the job should have been postponed. Our neighbor is having his fence replace by the company, so I thought I'd call and see what it would cost to have a gate installed for our yard. Was told by the operator that, "We don't have time for small jobs now." I tried explaining that the gate would be adjacent to a job they were installing, that they'd no doubt be touching, and that it bordered our property. She replied, "We won't be on your property and we're not taking jobs for less than nine thousand dollars." Nice customer service.

I wouldn't let my enemy do business with this company! Called for an estimate, got off work early to meet them at their available time, no call no show! I call back the guy comes out Two days later...I asked him what happened Thursday and he snapped! Why you bringing that up, I mine as well just leave now .... I said I was just curious why nobody called me to cancel or apologize. He kept going on and on and I finally told Brian listen you don't want to be here and you have an attitude problem so GTF out of here. I never in my life was treated this poorly by anyone that I was trying to
