We use Aluminum material for all our pergolas and patio covers in Arizona due to the extreme heat. Please note that wood and vinyl materials are highly discouraged and can be problematic in hot climates. I placed my order for two pergolas in September 2020. Materials were not delivered until April 2021. One pergola was installed at that time and the other was not due to placing down pavers and turf. Once that was complete in May, I reached out to Craig to see about getting the freestanding pergola installed. It's been 3 months and all that Craig has done is move the material from my garage to my turf where it sits messing up the turf. Every time I contact Craig he keeps telling me he's going to put me on the calendar or send out some guys, but nothing is followed through. I am placing

UPDATE: 9/2/21: This morning one of the employees from AZ Pergola Company showed up at my house unannounced stating Craig sent him to pick up MY poles and take them to a different job. However, the poles in question were placed in the ground last Thursday by Levi, another employee. This absolutely unacceptable! Not to mention, that this mornings employee also stated they have no idea when Levi will be back out to finish the job. Please - do not use this company EVER. You will regret it.

The negative reviews are spot on and we'll deserved.
Az Pergola has had 2,500.00 of our money for 6 months and it's been one excuse after another, install dates set only to be cancelled with more excuses. Another date just set for July 20th. I'll report back if we get installed and how it goes.
Please save yourself the aggravation. Go with a reputable company. I certainly wish we would have.

I originally had an appointment for an estimate on 5/26/21. Because they were re-paving the streets and turning my area into a maze, I asked to have the appointment changed until after 6/1/21. After no response, I made that request again MULTIPLE TIMES. I got a generic "thank you for contacting" email but no follow-up emails or phone calls! If a company is too busy to do a job, let someone know. It's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to just ignore someones plea(s)!!!!!

Craig did a good job in hitting all of the deliverable's. We had a tough task with a short window for install, he got all the raw materials just in time, and constructed for a party we were throwing for our granddaughters 1st birthday. Great event magnified by the excellent job in the structure the team created. We couldn't be more pleased.

Az Pergola did a great job on our pergola. From the first meeting to the completion of the project was handled professionally and thoroughly. We had an idea of what we wanted but weren’t sure. They made it better. The design and finished product surpassed our vision. Price was competitive. Very very happy with our pergola. Guys were great. If only I could give zero stars! Sales representative nightmare! I have to say, it took everything in me to continue a conversation with the sales representative that came to my home - he smelled horrible, he breathed heavily, was sweaty and a good portion of his stomach was protruding from his shirt. It was absolutely disgusting! At any rate, I still listened and was interested, however, it has now been over 3 weeks with no quote. We were excited to have a pergola installed in our yard for shade and beauty. We contracted with Gecko Solutions and worked with Craig Graham. From start to finish the work was fone professionally and Craig insured that all measurements were accurate. Everystep from getting HOA approval here in Augusta Ranch through completion. Now that the pergola is completed the finished product is beautiful and we love it more that we imagined. Neighbors have complemented us on this nice addition.

A bit nerve wracking, but got the job done. This is a small company that definitely got the job done for me. In dealing with them, you may have to be patient to get a call back or get information because it seems like a family operation that suffers from having too few employees. The website is more organized than the personnel I actually dealt with. However, when I look at the choices that they offered during the design phase, and the finished product, it is all professional and a good outcome. I worked with them in April and May 2019.
