Robert Nest founded R.A. Nest & Sons in 1969 and quickly became known throughout Maine for excavation and landscaping as well as sand, loam and gravel sales. In 1975, Robert built the company's first vacuum truck for pumping septic tanks. As a new resident of Saco I don't know any residential contractor/vendor services. I placed a call to Nest and Sons and from the moment I called to explain my situation, and the services they provided me at my new home, I was extremely impressed. The majority of my correspondence was with a gentleman named Taylor. He was very professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. He came right out to inspect and repair my septic tank with another gentleman and was in and out in no time. I had my tank pumped the next day, which by the way they fit me in in a very busy day for them. I can't thank them
