I recently needed a new AC. After doing my research, I found out it was more economical to get a combo system as my ac and heat were both originals. Hawley Air gave me the most professional service. They quoted me for an individual AC system at multiple options and they also quoted me multiple options for a AC/Heat combo system. When they came out for the installation, they were as I mentioned professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the end result and would recommend Hawley to my extended family as well.

My oil furnace went down early Saturday am. Not only did Hawley Air actually answer the phone, but had a repair tech at my residence within the hour. The needed repairs were made in a timely fashion, and the tech throughly tested the repairs before he left. I was charged a reasonable rate for the off hour service call and repairs, and have had no further issues. I will definately be calling Hawley Air for my hvac repairs and servicing in the future.

Prior system installed was still under warranty, but prior service provider continued to add cost for repair. Decided to replace the system, got three quotes. Hawley provided the best pricing for the exact same equipment and service than other providers. The customer support was outstanding. Even with a delay in HVAC availability due to manufacture, they stayed in contact providing updates and available for any issues that I had with the current system until they could replace it. Then installers were professional and insure that we were kept up to date on the install. I would highly recommend

I lost my 29 year old Trans heat pump during the past few of weeks of 90 degrees plus heat! I asked a friend for recommendations and Hawley Air Heating and Cooling was his number one. After some research I found he was right. My old heat pump died on me and I learned of Hawley A/C and Heating from a friend. They were fantastic in their response! Their rep was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with my choice of a new unit. They have a great incentive in offering a no interest payment option as well. Jeff came to our house for a diagnostic call and with the help of Josh went above and beyond to help us out with our odd A/C issue. They basically turned the diagnostic call into a service call and Jeff spent an hour working through the issue when he really didn't have. This is the second time we've had service from Hawley and both times they were punctual, took their time explaining things and provided great service. Highly recommended!
