We have been waiting on our dishwasher to be fixed since Aug 9th, came out in September through a home warranty claim. They have been throwing Parts at it ever since. They also messed up the downstairs basement ceiling due to the tech not putting the drain pipe on correctly under the sink(that I had to fix). We had to dry out the cabinets and the ceiling in the basement. The Tech was supposed to take photos after I spoke with mgmt and failed to do so in December. No one reaches out for updates and avoiding the damages. Well here are the photos below. A call back would be nice. I under stand parts

They were always informative and helpful, but when my husband suddenly passed away in the middle of huge house repairs they truly stepped up. Every person that walked through the door was kind, and considerate of the devastation I was struggling through. They went above and beyond to make sure repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and as hassle free as possible. At no point did I feel taken advantage of, infact it was quite the opposite, I felt like they were trying to take care of me instead.

Our service technician Scott was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to figure out what the actual problem was with our pioneer ductless heat and air system. He ordered the part which arrived within a week and the company made an immediate appointment to install and fix the unit. We were very happy with the complete process of working with both our technician and the company and are comfortable to recommend them and to use them again. 😊

The repair man was very knowledgeable about our oven. He checked it thoroughly and explained the issue. Then realizing that we needed that oven for our Thanksgiving dinner he offered a temporary "fix". We will still need to replace the stove after "Turkey day" but we will have a oven to cook the bird. Thank you so very much! A grateful granny!

I would like to say first that this company does not do a great job with American Home Shield warranties.
last week I made a call with my water heater being out and of course, they called American Home Shield to accommodate this request. They fixed the problem and I thought everything was done. This is what I thought! Wrong! Another Tech called me and told me that the water heater was out of code and that the water heater needed to looked at again. OK! As we went back and forth about the water heater on the phone. It was my understanding that the water heater was not working properly and needed
