I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. Seriously! It is so hard finding someone you can count on on all repair fronts. Honestly, Roman, the owner, knows what he is doing. He on time, and did excellent work in a short amount of time. Roman is the owner and he came to our house within hours of us calling. We needed a dryer fix and we needed it quick. He also has a great sense of humor. He told me to put in my review that he looks like "Putin with a mustache," lol!! He does! Anyway I am thrilled we found him as we have several homes in wine country with family and now we have a "go-to person

Speaking of major appliance repair, I only trust this company for their repairmen are very trustworthy and dependable. I’ve had a lot of major appliances that they’ve fixed for the past years. Each appliance that they’ve returned were all properly fixed. They also have a complete set of parts in case your appliance needs one. Truly awesome!

I called Roman's Appliance Service because my LG refrigerator wasn't working. The gentleman I spoke to asked a few questions, and told me to call LG because the issue should be covered under warranty. I called LG and sure enough, they sent a different repair service out to fix the fridge. I applaud Roman's Appliance Service for their honesty and professionalism. Some repair services would not have done that, and I could have spent hundreds of dollars. Roman's put the customer first instead of the dollar. In the future if I need appliance repairs performed, I will call Roman's first.
